Aztec Metals is a focused International precious metals mining and exploration company with its primary operations based in West Africa.
The task was to create a brand that directly communicates the organisations offering while reinforcing the brand values of authority and integrity within the industry. On the right are initial design concepts. These focus of the primary deed we associate with mining that of drilling and/or delving beneath the surface.
Option C was the preferred route. Here an abstract representation of the letters ‘A’ and ‘M’ are rotated by 90º and used to create a graphic of a drill to communicate the obvious feature we all associate with the mining industry.
